This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and essential to ensuring every event is executed to standard. Key Responsibilities Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, chairs, linens, A/V equipment, and larger supplies Operate and troubleshoot basic A/V systems (projectors, microphones, speakers, etc.) Coordinate and communicate clearly with multiple departments Review event details, BEOs, SOPs, and placement diagrams with the Event Coordinator Maintain organization of linens, supplies, storage areas, and equipment Perform detailed cleaning, room resets, and final walkthroughs Problem‑solve quickly and logically during live events Lift, move, and transport heavy items safely Work mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed Qualifications Strong communication skills Excellent attention to detail Logical thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities Ability to follow SOPs accurately and retain information Experience preferred, but training available for the right candidate Must be comfortable with physical labor and fast‑paced environments Compensation Hourly pay Commission opportunities based on event performance and support If you’re dependable, organized, and ready to help create exceptional guest experiences, we’d love to meet you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
