Staff Scientist - Injectable Device Testing

Responsibilities
- Provide technical oversight for analytical development, validation, transfer, and method establishment programs
- Serve as subject matter expert and senior technical authority for assigned analytical technologies or platforms
- Guide scientific decision-making, experimental design, and data interpretation across multiple programs
- Review and approve technical documents including methods, protocols, and quality records
- Mentor Senior Scientists and laboratory staff on advanced technical skills and scientific judgment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years relevant experience, or PhD with 4+ years experience
- Expert-level technical knowledge in analytical testing, method development, or related scientific discipline
- Demonstrated ability to lead non-routine analytical programs and complex investigations
- Strong scientific judgment and regulatory compliance expertise
- Experience with GMP and quality management systems
- Mentoring and technical leadership capability
