PE-backed Healthcare SaaS company seeking a VP-level leader to own platform engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, security, SaaS operations, and production reliability.

You will lead U.S. and India-based teams responsible for Azure cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, compliance, security, uptime, and operational excellence across multiple healthcare SaaS products.

Requirements

Healthcare SaaS experience.
Azure cloud expertise.
Platform Engineering, SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure leadership.
HIPAA, SOC2, and/or HITRUST exposure.
Experience leading offshore India teams.
VP or Senior Director leadership background.

This is a highly visible role with direct impact on company growth, scalability, security, and customer experience.
