Job Description Job Description The Opportunity Bowman Insurance & Benefit Services is the leading insurance partner to the dental community in Kentucky and Southern Indiana. For over 25 years, we’ve built trusted relationships with dental students, associates, specialists, and practice owners. We are seeking a high-performing Life & Disability Insurance Advisor to step into an established, referral-driven market and grow a significant book of business. This is not a cold-calling grind. This is a relationship-based advisory role within a clearly defined niche — with real upside. If you are entrepreneurial, competitive, and confident advising professionals on complex coverage decisions, this role offers autonomy, strong support, and uncapped income potential. What You’ll Own Manage and grow an existing book of dental clients Drive new production through referrals, warm leads, and industry relationships Cross-sell life, disability, and complementary insurance solutions Serve as a trusted advisor to dentists at every stage of their career Build long-term carrier partnerships and stay ahead of product trends Represent Bowman at dental society meetings, seminars, and conferences Document activity and manage pipeline within AMS360 You will have independence in how you build your business — with marketing support, established brand credibility, and deep industry access. Compensation Structure Base salary plus uncapped commission No commission caps Performance bonuses Commission splits and referral bonuses across other insurance lines Established book of business + referral-driven niche market High performers can build significant long-term income through renewal streams and cross-line growth.
