CBI Midwest works exclusively with nonprofits, helping them build lasting supporter relationships through real, face-to-face engagement. We're growing our Indianapolis team and looking for driven people ready to learn, perform, and progress.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Representing nonprofit client campaigns through direct customer engagement
    • \n
  • Building rapport and delivering professional customer experiences
    • \n
  • Communicating campaign information clearly and confidently
    • \n
  • Supporting daily acquisition goals and team performance
    • \n
  • Taking part in daily coaching and skill development
    • \n

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or events is useful — but attitude and work ethic matter most.
