Role Summary

Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a passionate Sales Manager to drive growth in our expanding sales department while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic fast-paced and professional environment.

More about the role

• Welcome and assist clients as they arrive on the lot guiding them through the sales process.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs thoroughly and assist them in finding a vehicle that meets their preferences.
• Be the go-to expert on all vehicle features optional packages and the latest technology.
• Personalize the vehicle delivery experience ensuring clients are familiar with its operational features.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with clients through the dealerships Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
