Human Resource/Payroll Manager

Seeking a multi-faceted individual to join a well-established corporation near Downtown St. Louis Responsibilities Maintain confidential employee and corporate records Manage all phases of employee benefits offerings Manage the staffing process: Recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding Develop training materials and performance review programs Maintain and update employee handbook, to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Registration in various industry and governmental associations Ensure accordance with all local, state and federal regulations Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
