Role Description The Chief of Staff is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY, supporting the Co-CEOs and senior leadership team in driving firm-wide strategy and execution. This role coordinates executive priorities, prepares briefings and materials for client meetings and investor engagements, and ensures that strategic initiatives and capital advisory projects move forward on schedule. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing executive workflows, overseeing internal communication, tracking key performance metrics, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration among consulting, advisory, and operations teams. The Chief of Staff will also support business development efforts, assist with board and governance activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes, reporting, and decision-making across the firm. Qualifications Strategic planning and execution skills, including experience supporting senior executives with initiative management, prioritization, and operational follow-through. Strong analytical and financial skills, with familiarity in capital advisory, private equity, alternative investments, or related financial services domains. Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, with the ability to prepare executive-ready materials and facilitate clear, concise stakeholder communication. Project and program management skills, including organizing complex workstreams, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with comfort working closely with founders, investors, portfolio company leaders, and internal teams. Discretion, sound judgment, and a high level of professionalism when handling sensitive information and executive-level decisions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, public policy, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, JD, or similar) or management consulting experience is beneficial. Prior experience in management consulting, investment management, financial advisory, or a chief of staff / strategy role within a high-growth or complex organization is strongly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
