What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients and prepare them for visits.
• Record vital signs, medical histories, and medications.
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures.
• Administer approved medications and injections.
• Collect specimens and perform basic clinical tests.
• Prepare, clean, and restock examination rooms.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records.
• Schedule appointments and support efficient patient flow.
• Provide clear, provider-approved patient instructions.
• Follow all privacy, safety, and clinical requirements.
• Travel to nearby clinics when coverage is needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in English and either Spanish or Arabic is preferred.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program
• Medical Assistant certification or registration preferred
• Previous clinical experience is a plus
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A dependable, flexible, and patient-focused attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
