We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator - Level 2 to support active project execution in Toms River, New Jersey. This Long-term Contract position will partner with site teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to keep work moving forward, maintain accurate project plans, and help drive timely completion of assigned initiatives. The role is fully in-person and is well suited for someone who communicates effectively, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and can balance administrative coordination with hands-on project support.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily project activities by tracking schedules, reviewing work priorities, and helping align labor, materials, and equipment with current project needs.
• Work directly with vendors, suppliers, site teams, and client contacts to confirm status updates, resolve follow-up items, and support successful project closeout.
• Conduct on-site check-ins to monitor progress, identify issues early, and communicate next steps to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Maintain and update project plans, timelines, and related documentation to reflect current milestones, risks, and outstanding tasks.
• Prepare and distribute progress summaries, status reports, and downtime updates so project participants remain informed and aligned.
• Organize meetings, manage calendars, and handle logistical arrangements such as travel coordination, time entry, and expense documentation when needed.
• Provide broad administrative support to project managers and project teams to help keep deliverables on schedule and documentation complete.• 2-4 years of experience supporting projects in a coordination, project management, or similar operational role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
• Demonstrated project coordination or project management capability, including schedule tracking and follow-up management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills for reporting, tracking, and documentation.
• Excellent customer service skills and a detail-oriented approach when working with stakeholders on-site and remotely.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or formal project-related training is preferred.
