Dispute Resolution Representative II Position Type: Temporary/Temp-Hire
Schedule : M-F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Onsite
Assignment Length: Approximately 3 - 4 Months, possibly longer. DESCRIPTION
Our client is looking for a highly motivated lien negotiator for their disupte resolution team. Candidates must have minimum 1 year of experience in California workers' compensation lien negotiations. Key Responsibilities:

Our client is looking for a highly motivated lien negotiator for their disupte resolution team. Candidates must have minimum 1 year of experience in California workers' compensation lien negotiations. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage account inventory
- Create plans of action and status reports
- Analyze and develop legal arguments for lien negotiations
- Review and summarize medical reports
- Telephone negotiations with providers
- Communicate professionally with clients and providers
- Prepare legal exhibits
- Make telephone court appearances at lien conferences
- Knowledge of the California Labor Code statutes, Rules and Regulations, case law, and California fee schedules
- Understanding of WCAB policies, procedures, and legal terminology
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Enjoy working within a team setting
- IEA certificate of Certificate of Self Insurance a plus
