Shift Type:  Monday-Friday, rotating shifts: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Hours per Week:  40

Candidate Pay Rate:  $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Set up sterile fields and assist in urology procedures, including cystoscopies and prostate biopsies
• Place catheters and provide patient education on urinary care
• Manage a daily patient load of 33-40 in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Collaborate with a team of nurses, CSTs, and CNAs to deliver high-quality care
• Float to other specialty clinics within the facility as needed, maintaining consistent duties

Requirements

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Dakota (or compact license accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in urology or clinic setting
• BLS certification from AHA required
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred
• Ability to set up sterile fields and place catheters required
• Comfortable working with patients with BPH, hematuria, UTI, LUTS, and other urological conditions

Knowledge & Skills

• Sterile technique and procedure setup/take down
• Catheter placement and urinary catheter care
• Patient education on urological conditions
• EPIC electronic health records proficiency
• Team collaboration in a high-volume clinic
• Flexibility with rotating day shifts
