Materials Coordinator

Location: Leetsdale, PA (Pittsburgh area) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. What You’ll Do Pick and prepare parts accurately for shipment Process material reservations and Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) in SAP Monitor shared inbox for urgent and priority requests Coordinate same-day and emergency shipments Receive, label, and accurately stock material Support Shipping & Receiving operations (cross‑trained role) Operate material handling equipment safely Maintain readiness to support critical needs, including on‑call rotation What You Bring / Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2–5 years of material handling or logistics experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) SAP experience is a plus Ability to lift/move materials up to 50 lbs.
