Under the direction of the DON, the Administrative Manager provides operational oversight for the Day Care, Immunization, Abortion, and Outreach units. The position collaborates closely with clinical supervisors, program managers, and multidisciplinary staff to coordinate daily operations, optimize workflow, support regulatory compliance, manage resources, and implement process improvements that enhance the quality and efficiency of services. In addition to overseeing daily operations, the Administrator Manager is responsible for the administration and management of the Title X Family Planning Grant, ensuring compliance with all federal grant requirements, performance measures, fiscal accountability, and reporting obligations. The Administrator Manager also serves as the Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program Coordinator, overseeing vaccine inventory management, program compliance, provider accountability, and adherence to all Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Ohio Department of Health (ODH) requirements. The Administrative Manager serves as the primary administrative liaison for these program areas, supporting strategic initiatives established by the Director of Nursing while ensuring operational goals are achieved. This role also assists with budget monitoring, personnel administration, policy implementation, performance improvement activities, data reporting, and coordination of departmental projects to support the mission and objectives of the Division of Nursing. Two years of full-time, paid, progressively responsible experience in project administration including budgeting and financial reporting is required. Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
