Position Description The School of Nursing (SON) is seeking a student enrolled in the TTU System employed to perform work between 15-19 hours per week, 8:00AM through 5:00PM, Monday through Friday, as assigned by the supervisor.
Major/Essential Functions - General office work, including answering phone calls, scanning, and typing.
- Answer general questions about the SON (School of Nursing) programs.
- Direct callers and guests to appropriate resources as needed.
- Provide additional support to Coordinators and Coaches within the SON Student Affairs Office.
- Assist with orientation and other event set-ups.
- Work regularly with Microsoft Office and other computer programs. Running errands inside and outside the building.
Preferred Qualifications - Previous experience in a customer-facing setting.
- General computer skills including Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
