Seeking a skilled Physical Therapist with inpatient rehabilitation experience to provide exceptional therapy services in a hospital setting. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop customized treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Implement therapeutic interventions and wellness programs to restore function and prevent disability
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and utilize EMR systems (preferably MEDHOST)
• Float as needed to support various hospital units during day shifts (9 AM - 6 PM)

Qualifications and Experience:

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Texas licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Minimum 2 years of PT experience, with at least 1 year in inpatient rehab
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) through AHA or ARC
• Proficiency with EMR systems preferred, particularly MEDHOST
• Must be able to wear any solid color scrubs
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• No recent grads or LPTA submissions will be considered
