Job Details Job Title: Account Executive Location: SEVA HOSPICE VISALIA - VISALIA, CA 93291 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 Job Shift: Day Job Category: Marketing Qualifications Seva Hospice is looking for an Account Executive for our growing Hospice business serving Tulare County and surrounding communities. We are a highly-rated, locally-owned and operated agency with compassionate health professionals serving the communities we live in. The Account Executive is responsible for managing all aspects of organization marketing, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns. At least three (3) years experience in health care marketing preferably in hospice or home healthcare operations or healthcare sales setting. Demonstrated ability to support professional and administrative personnel. Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community. Knowledge of corporate business management. Demonstrates good communications skills, negotiation skills, and public relations skills. Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities. Responsibilities Manages all daily marketing operations including providing direct oversight of the establishment and implementation of marketing initiatives. Assures, understands, and adheres to all laws, statutes and regulations regarding anti-kickback, lawful marketing activities (gifts and services), patient solicitation, and accurate marketing materials. Demonstrates flexibility, enthusiasm and willingness to cooperate while working with others. Fosters positive morale among staff, by promotion of open communication with all departments, to help create and maintain an innovative and cooperative staff relationship and environment. Serves as a liaison between the agency, physicians, facilities, referral sources, and hospitals in the community. Continuously conducts market assessments and develops a comprehensive marketing plan designed to meet budgetary volume projections. Employs marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections. Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources. Distributes information materials and participates in related promotional activities. Provides leadership in strategic planning, including identifying opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs. Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of Seva Hospice markets, including government agencies, major payer groups, key referral sources, and competitor’s market positioning, and shares information with appropriate organization personnel.
