IT System Support Analyst

Location 115 Boston Ave, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701. Job Description Collaborate with end-users to enhance system functionality and efficiency. Analyze departmental processes and data to suggest improvements for resource utilization. Audit and manage the database to ensure data integrity and facilitate information extraction. Provide counsel to end-users for workflow improvements. Design, plan, implement, and optimize PAR Locations with stakeholders. Maintain knowledge of inventory management systems and assist in user training. Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and equipment related to inventory management systems. Assist with general system maintenance, including physical interactions as needed. Coordinate, create, and update order batch job schedules. Research and troubleshoot issues related to incorrect purchase orders. Evaluate projects and initiatives related to clinical supply chain workflow processes. Ensure effective use of resources through continuous process improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills (Excel) – required. Ability to work with clinical, technical, and functional personnel – required. Ability to manage supporting documentation for projects and customizations – required. Ability to gather data to support analytical results for process redesign – required. Effective presentation of technical and educational documentation – required. Working knowledge of ERP and Point‑of‑Use software related to supply chain storage and workflows – required. Independent work with attention to detail and urgency, managing projects to meet timelines – required. Demonstrated expertise in supply chain concepts, practices, and procedures – required. Excellent customer service, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills – required. Ability to implement new processes to improve productivity, quality, and value of supply chain processes – required. Ability to travel locally up to 90% of the time – required. Knowledge of Point‑of‑Use applications, Cerner, PeopleSoft, or Materials Management software – preferred. Education Associate degree – required. Bachelor's degree – preferred. Field Of Study Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent work experience. Business, Accounting, Finance, or other analytical disciplines. Work Experience 3+ years in materials management, project management, and/or supply chain – required. Licenses And Certifications Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) – preferred.
