Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Admissions Coordinator to join our team! As an integral part of our community, the Admissions Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless transition for our new residents, their families, and loved ones.

Admissions Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for all admissions inquiries and referrals.

• Conduct tours and provide detailed information about facility services and care options.

• Coordinate and schedule resident admissions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required documentation.

• Communicate with hospitals, physicians, social workers, and family members to facilitate smooth transitions of care.

• Verify insurance coverage and assist with financial paperwork as needed.

• Collaborate with the nursing and administrative teams to ensure readiness for new admissions.

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, referrals, and admissions activities.

• Participate in marketing and community outreach efforts to promote the facility and build relationships with referral sources.

• Uphold confidentiality and compliance with all HIPAA and regulatory standards.

Admissions Coordinator Requirements:

• Experience in healthcare administration or a related field (training or certifications considered)
