Program Specialist, TOP (Teen Outreach Program) & TCP (Teen Connection Project)

Location: 600 Kiwanis Drive, Eureka, MO 63025, United States Base Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 / Year Employee Type: Full Time Position Title Teen Outreach Program (TOP) and Teen Connection Project (TCP) Specialist Reports To Teen Outreach Program and Teen Connection Project Site Coordinator FLSA Status Exempt Position Summary The TOP and TCP Specialist is a member of the Wyman TOP and TCP local program team and is responsible for the effective implementation of TOP and TCP programming in the University City, Ferguson, and Florissant School Districts. Responsible for delivering programs to participants with fidelity, consistent with the logic model and training. Supports effective integration of the programs to partner sites. Maintains costs within the approved budget(s). Supports data collection, evaluation and continual quality improvement of the program. Position is grant‑funded. Functions of the Job Essential Functions Delivery of programs in accordance with Wyman’s mission, vision, core values, theory of change, and logic model. Implementation of high‑quality, fidelity TOP and TCP programming, including program planning, implementation, and documentation. Supports enrollment targets based on MOUs with partner sites. Facilitation of TOP Clubs and TCP Groups each week in‑school at partner sites. Ongoing communication, planning, and continuous quality improvement sessions with partner sites. Cultivation and maintenance of relationships with community service‑learning sites to support TOP activities. Use of Apricot database and program trackers for all program data, including continuous documentation of services. Active monitoring of key organizational benchmarks and implementation of program evaluation and continual quality improvement activities. Facilitation of all programming within established budget parameters; oversees care, management, and security of Wyman resources and supplies. Assistance in the collection and reporting of performance and grant data. Support of Wyman Leaders programming during summer when TOP and TCP is not facilitated. Support of other Wyman local program delivery as needed. Compliance with all standards and procedures required for TOP and TCP, including Council on Accreditation. Engagement in professional development to enhance program quality and align with best practice. Promotion of Wyman’s mission through brand messages, content development, attendance at meetings and conferences, and other channels as outlined in an annual plan. Equivalent work experience will be considered. Master’s Degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred. Additional Requirements Licensure/Certification: Ability to become certified as a TOP and TCP facilitator – required. Training Provided: Yes. Driver’s License: Preferred.
