Job Summary The RoDav Group is seeking an experienced Sitework Estimator with a strong background in earthwork, grading, utilities, and site development to join our growing team. The Sitework Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial site development projects. This includes earthwork, grading, underground utilities, paving, and related scopes. Requirements Minimum 5 years of estimating experience in sitework Strong knowledge of Earthwork & grading, Underground utilities (storm, sewer, water), Clearing, excavation, and paving Ability to read and interpret civil plans and specifications Experience with takeoff and estimating software (Agtek, Bluebeam, etc. preferred) Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines Responsibilities Review civil plans, specs, and bid documents Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for sitework scopes Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals Work closely with project managers and field teams Track multiple bids and maintain bid schedules What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing, community-driven company Supportive, team-oriented environment Join our dynamic team as a Sitework Estimator where you will play a pivotal role in driving successful outcomes across various projects!
