Trauma-Informed Family Shelter Case Manager

Brooklyn Community Services is seeking a Client Care Coordinator (Family Shelter) in Brooklyn, NY. The role oversees trauma-informed case management for families, coordinates ILPs, and facilitates transition to permanent housing. Travel between sites is required; the position reports to the Program Director on a full-time schedule. The role requires strong knowledge of NYC DHS CARES, rental vouchers (CityFHEPS), and coordination with Housing Specialists to place families and advocate with #J-18808-Ljbffr Brooklyn Community Services
