What this job involves:
As Facility Coordinator, you'll provide general overall facilities management services including continuous monitoring of the facility while working with property managers to handle routine operations. You'll support the facility management team with tactical planning, coordinate maintenance activities, and manage small facility management tasks as assigned. Your role includes procurement of property supplies and services, escorting vendors, performing vehicle and equipment logistics, and coordinating special events in support of the client or JLL. At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way, and you'll contribute by acting as an interface with clients, visitors, and guests while ensuring excellent coordination and execution of work within the client environment with minimal disruption.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Assist the Facility Management Team with tactical planning for team goals and objectives while providing facility-specific support to the project management team
• Manage and maintain small facility management tasks as assigned and coordinate special events in support of the client or JLL
• Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed while assisting with coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities
• Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of the office and facility
• Act as an interface with clients, visitors, and guests while ensuring appropriate follow-up with customers
• Provide direction and information to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work with minimal disruption

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with Facility or Property Administration
• High school diploma or GED
• Superior customer service skills and customer-focused orientation
• Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets with capability of customizing administrative reports

Preferred qualifications:

• Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints and multitask without direct supervision
• Proficiency in MS Office with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and collaborative working style
