Acura of Peabody, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is looking for a part-time receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dealership.

Pay rate: $18/hr.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday 4:30pm-7pm and alternating Saturdays 8am-5pm.

In this role, you will:

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Answer telephone lines in a courteous manner
• Count money in drawer at the beginning & end of shift
• Run credit card closing reports & prepare deposit for accounting
• Receive repair orders and payment from customers
• Receipt sales deposits/COD
• Scan & file documents
• Receive & distribute mail
• Other tasks assigned by the management team

Requirements:

• Enjoys client interaction
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience with a multi-line phone system
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Ability to communicate in a positive, professional manner verbally & written
• Basic computer skills (Excel)
• Desire to learn and grow
