JOB TITLE: Process Engineer
JOB TYPE: Direct-Hire
LOCATION: Yonkers, NY (100% Onsite)
START DATE: November/December 2026
SHIFT: Monday–Friday, First Shift

We are seeking a Process Engineer to support the transition of new products into large-scale manufacturing while improving existing production processes. This role combines hands-on engineering, technical problem-solving, and project leadership to enhance manufacturing efficiency, consistency, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of products from laboratory and pilot-scale development into full-scale manufacturing.
• Develop and refine bulk production methods to improve efficiency, consistency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing challenges, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Conduct small-scale production trials and analyze manufacturing data to identify process improvements.
• Coordinate the transfer of manufacturing methods between development and production teams.
• Support process qualification, validation, and ongoing performance monitoring while ensuring compliance with applicable quality standards.
• Develop and update production instructions, technical reports, and supporting process documentation.
• Lead and contribute to technical projects involving production, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams while providing guidance and training.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience transitioning products from laboratory or pilot-scale batches into commercial manufacturing.
• 2–5 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing process development, or technical services within a regulated production environment.
• Hands-on experience with bulk manufacturing, batch processing, process optimization, and laboratory and commercial-scale equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills, with knowledge of GMP requirements and manufacturing quality systems.
• Experience managing technical projects, collaborating across departments, and providing technical guidance or training.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a closely related scientific or engineering discipline.
