About the Role As a Client Relationship Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships and ensuring a consistently high standard of service delivery. You’ll take a proactive approach to understanding client needs, providing guidance on platform capabilities, and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact, maintaining a strong and professional relationship. Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving business needs and identify opportunities for additional services. Provide training to clients to understand and engage with the Opus technology platform ensuring adoption with new tools and functionality. Prepare for and lead regular client health check meetings and calls Service Delivery Oversight Monitor and oversee timely delivery of all services Proactively engage with internal departments, such as inputs, fund accounting, compliance, and investor relations, to pre-empt servicing issues Problem Resolution and Escalation Proactively identify potential issues or service gaps, proposing solutions to address them effectively. Escalate critical matters to senior management as required and follow through on resolution. Collaboration and Team Coordination Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on client objectives and priorities. Act as a liaison between clients and operational teams to clarify expectations and manage workflows. Industry Expertise and Advisory Provide insights into market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices relevant to hedge fund operations. Advise clients on optimizing processes and leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency. Client Advocacy and Retention Champion client needs within the organization, ensuring a client-first approach. Develop and implement strategies to strengthen client satisfaction and retention rates. Key Qualifications & Competencies Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business field 5+ years of experience in a similar industry or client‑facing role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client relationships and communicate clearly across all channels Demonstrates confidence and a strong sense of urgency, able to prioritize and execute multiple client needs simultaneously while maintaining composure under pressure High level of customer empathy and service orientation, with the ability to support clients by phone and email and consistently follow through on commitments What to Expect We want to give our colleagues the best start possible.
