Cultivation/Post Harvest - St. Louis

Cultivation & Post-Harvest Technician Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and motivated Cultivation & Post-Harvest Technician to support daily cannabis cultivation and post-harvest operations within a regulated production facility. This hybrid role will assist with plant care, harvest support, trimming, drying, curing, and maintaining compliant cultivation practices throughout all stages of production. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily cultivation activities including planting, pruning, trellising, defoliation, watering, and harvesting cannabis plants Monitor plant health and identify signs of pests, disease, mold, or nutrient deficiencies while communicating concerns to cultivation leadership Maintain clean, sanitary, and organized cultivation and post-harvest workspaces Assist with irrigation systems and proper nutrient and water delivery to plants Support environmental controls including temperature, humidity, airflow, and lighting adjustments Accurately track plant movement, growth stages, and production data using METRC and/or internal tracking systems Follow all state compliance regulations and facility SOPs to maintain accurate seed-to-sale tracking Support post-harvest processes including trimming, bucking, drying, curing, packaging preparation, and material handling Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality standards Assist with facility cleaning, sanitation, and additional operational tasks as needed Qualifications Previous cannabis cultivation, trimming, post-harvest, agriculture, or production experience preferred Familiarity with METRC or cannabis compliance systems preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and compliance standards Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required Must be comfortable working around cannabis plants and products in a regulated facility Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, crouching, and repetitive hand movements Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in cultivation rooms with varying temperatures, humidity, and strong odors Flexible schedule availability may be required, including weekends and overtime depending on production needs PPE may be required and provided by the facility Fast-paced cultivation and production environment focused on teamwork, compliance, and quality #J-18808-Ljbffr Pikl ACME
