Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities through hands-on assessments, identifying their unique limitations and potential.
• Create personalized treatment plans that detail therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each individual's specific condition and lifestyle.
• Deliver compassionate therapy services, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the application of treatment modalities that address patients' needs.
• Monitor, document, and evaluate progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans in response to patient feedback and clinical outcomes to ensure optimal rehabilitation results.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to enhance the quality of care and ensure a holistic approach to patient management.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic techniques and strategies that facilitate home exercise routines and prevent injuries.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
