Work Environment

Our clinic is conveniently located in Spring Creek, NV, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere where therapists can work onsite and provide one-on-one care. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Therapists have the flexibility to manage their own schedules and patient assignments, promoting a sense of autonomy and clinical judgment in delivering patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical capabilities to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs and objectives.

• Provide hands-on therapy services, such as therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, ensuring compassionate care for our geriatric patients.

• Regularly assess and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in order to achieve the best possible outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to formulate holistic treatment strategies.

• Deliver educational sessions for patients and their families regarding therapeutic techniques, safe mobility, and preventive care at home.

• Implement safety measures and fall prevention programs tailored to the needs of clients within assisted living environments.

• Continuous professional development by staying updated on current trends and advancements in physical therapy education.

• Uphold the highest ethical standards and confidentiality, ensuring every patient receives exemplary care.

Qualifications
