Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a leasing consultant. The leasing consultant will be responsible for showing and leasing apartment homes to potential residents, ensuring lease agreements are properly executed and assisting with lease administration. Day-to-day tasks include managing resident retention initiatives, providing outstanding customer service to current and future residents, and maintaining open and effective communication with residents and the property management team.

Qualifications

• Experience with leases and lease administration
• Strong communication skills
• Customer service and resident retention skills
• Ability to work on-site in Brighton, NY
• High level of professionalism and organizational skills
• Relevant experience in property management or leasing is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
