These are the results you'll be hired to accomplish:» ? Develop a High-Performing Dining Room TeamYou'll train and mentor a front-of-house dream team with very hands-on, side-by-side coaching every shift. Every day, you'll be in the thick of it - teaching your team to master steps of service, sharpening their menu knowledge, and giving on-the-spot feedback to help them grow a little bit more every day.» ? Base salary depends on relevant experience, and quarterly bonus potential is based on sales, profitability, and completion of special projects.WORK SCHEDULEThis position is full-time and salaried, with a semi-set schedule that allows for flexibility. Days off are typically back-to-back. So, fair warning - If you're a cranky a** problem-bringer who's cool being super-mid at your job and needs constant hand holding… may we suggest… working literally anywhere else?Job RequirementsHere are some of our must-haves & would-like-to-haves:At least 1 year of professional serving or hosting experience, preferably in high-volume, upscale-casual restaurantsAt least 1 year of high-volume restaurant experience in an Assistant General Manager, or equivalent, roleUpscale or fine-dining restaurant experience in an Assistant General Manager role - a major plus!Must have current ServSafe Manager and BASSET CertificationsMust be at least 21 years oldMust have open availability - including nights, weekends, and holidaysMust have the ability to regularly work 45-ish hours per weekPhysically able to stand for long periods, and keep up with the pace of busy restaurantMust have a valid driver's license and sole access to a personal vehicleFamiliarity with Toast, SevenRooms, 7Shifts, & Margin Edge, a plus!
