TheLinear Motion Division, part of Regal Rexnord's Automation & Motion Control (AMC) segment is a major contributor to the segment, with approximately 1,500 global associates and $400M in revenue. There are 10 main siteslocatedacross the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, & Europe.

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our Cleveland, OH team. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, HRexpertise, and employeerelations skills to support both employees and leaders. This roleprovidesa wide range of HR guidance and handson support, contributing directly to a positive and productive work environment. The HR Generalist II plays a key role in the plant's success by advising on performance management, employee relations, and HR best practices while fostering strong partnerships between employees and management. This role also leads fullcycle recruiting for direct labor roles, ensuring the plant is staffed with reliable, highquality talent to meet daily operational demands

Key Responsibilities:

• Partners withmanagement toadviceand counsel on personnel issues.

• Provides facility supervision on employee relations mattersincluding;investigations, resolvingconflict, and communicationsin regards toemployee questions, issues, or concerns.

• Assistin recruiting for non-exempt roles to bring in the best talent available.

• Ensures regulatory compliance with ADA, FMLA, EEOC, etc. Stays current on recent federal, state and case law changes and monitors labor law updates for changes that affect HR.

• Respond to general employee inquiries and issues and support the operation with day-to-day HR needs as they arise.

• Partner with associates and managers to administer various policies and procedures.Assistin the development and implementation of policies and procedures with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Prepares andmaintainsrecords and procedures for controlling personnel transactions and reporting personnel data. Maintains HRIS integrity.

• Partner with managers to actively improve associate engagement, includingmaintainingand coordinating various recognition programs and employee events.

• Partner with managers toestablishand provide training and development opportunities.

• Workers Comp liaison for employee, management, and TPA to ensure effective claim management.

• Responsible for internal company communication, including bulletin boards, company newsletter, etc.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years' broad, hands-on human resources experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administrationor related degree isrequired.

• Fluency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel,Wordand PowerPoint isrequired.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients and work effectively withdifferent cultures.

• Manage multiple priorities and dynamic deadlines, flexible and positive in a fast-paced business environment, efficient timemanagementand communication.

• Continuous improvement mentality.

• Strong oral and written communication skills, proven influencing experience with managers.

• Ability to analyze data, form plans and execute at the tactical level.

• Detail oriented, able toestablishprioritiesand manage deadlines.

Expected salary: $65,000 - $90,000 annually. The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location,candidate'sskill set, level of experience, education, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
