RN Inpatient Surgical Unit

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Inpatient Surgical Unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure the best outcomes for post-operative and acute care patients.

Location: Gainesville, FL 32614

Project Duration: Full time/Permanent

Shift Timing: Nights (Rotating Weekends)

SOB: $20K

Qualifications:

• 1 year of recent (within the last 4 years) acute care RN experience.
• If a candidate has 3 or more years of experience as an RN and if they have their compact license (They'll still need to apply for the FL license) we can consider and move forward.
• If a candidate has less than 3 years of RN experience, they'll need to take the NCLEX in FL and once they pass, we can consider (This is if candidates do not have a FL RN License)
