Quick Facts Location: Jackson, MI Start Date: 08/20/2026 Duration: Ongoing Shift: 8- or 10-hour shifts (Monday or Friday weekly) Hours per Week: 32-40 hours Employment Type: Locum Licenses/Certifications: Active CRNA license, BLS, ACLS, PALS (preferred but not specified) Experience: Prior anesthesia experience required Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $184.25 Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable Robust referral bonus program What You ll Do Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures on adult and pediatric patients Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical procedures, managing neurological status Perform spinal and local anesthesia as needed Monitor ventilation and respiratory status during surgeries Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams under supervision Maintain continuous patient monitoring pre-, intra-, and post-operation Document all procedures using Epic EMR Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards Respond to emergencies and manage airway including intubation when necessary What You Need Current CRNA license in Michigan Prior anesthesia experience Strong knowledge of anesthesia procedures and safety protocols Ability to work scheduled shifts with no on-call duties Excellent teamwork and communication skills About the Assignment Join a collaborative anesthesia team at a Level II Trauma Center hospital in Jackson, Michigan. You will work across multiple ORs, supporting a daily volume of approximately 50 surgical cases. The role is focused on general anesthesia with opportunities for neurosurgical cases and spinal anesthesia, within a hospital environment dedicated to patient safety and quality care. No internal or VMS-only language is used; this is a community-oriented, patient-centered position suitable for CRNAs seeking ongoing locum work.
