Job Title: Assembler Job Description

In this role, candidates will be responsible for the final assembly of trucks. This involves applying the final decals, stickers, and assembling components such as the interior of the cab, lights, and windshield wipers. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure everything is correctly installed. Candidates will work from detailed work instructions to guide the assembly process and must be comfortable reading prints and instructions while working collaboratively in a team environment.

• Perform the final assembly of trucks by applying decals, stickers, and assembling various components.
• Follow detailed work instructions to ensure accurate assembly of truck parts.
• Utilize attention to detail to guarantee proper installation of parts and components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Collaborate effectively within a team setting to meet production goals.

• 1+ years of experience with hand and power tools.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.

• Experience with industrial painting and body work.
• Familiarity with paint preparation, blasting, sandblasting, and powder coating.

This position operates on a 1st shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 5:00am to 3:30pm, with mandatory overtime on Fridays and occasional Saturdays, totaling 45-50 hours per week. The work environment is temperature-controlled, promoting comfort and efficiency. Employees work in spacious areas within a collaborative team setting, and all necessary tools are provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wyoming, MN.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Wyoming,MN.
