What You'll Enjoy $20.00 per hour First shift schedule Long-term contract opportunity Clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility Team-oriented work environment Opportunity to learn new skills, including soldering Weekly pay Your Responsibilities Assemble electro-mechanical products using hand tools and powered assembly equipment. Work with small components while maintaining a high level of precision and accuracy. Read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and production specifications. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards. Identify and report defects or quality concerns. Complete production documentation accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow established quality and safety procedures throughout the assembly process. What We're Looking For Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand or small power tools. Ability to perform detailed work with small components. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Soldering experience is a plus. Training may be available for the right candidate. Ability to distinguish between colors as part of the assembly and inspection process.
