Overview Dover Jewelry (Downtown Miami) is seeking a customer-friendly E-commerce Office Assistant to work with our busy online team in the maintenance of our Fine Jewelry Sales Platforms and to assist with a variety of tasks around the office. This candidate should have excellent writing skills in English and be highly responsible, responsive, deadline- and project-oriented. Jewelry experience is not required, but online sales experience is helpful. Hours Monday to Friday, 10:30am – 5:30pm Responsibilities Assist with maintenance of Fine Jewelry Sales Platforms and support the online team Provide office support and handle various administrative tasks Assist with data entry and input of product specifications and information Qualifications Self-motivated, organized, able to multitask and work within time constraints Administrative / data entry skills Computer skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook Accurate input of product specifications and information Attention to detail with item descriptions and managing online product entries Professional English communication (written and verbal) Experience with e-commerce marketplaces and e-commerce payment gateways preferred Jewelry experience is not required but helpful EEO statement: [If applicable, include required EEO language here; otherwise keep the line minimal as provided by the source.] #J-18808-Ljbffr
