Entry Level Administrative Assistant with a Growth Opportunity Job at Inertia Resources Inc. in Boston, MA. Job Description Looking for an Outgoing, Positive, Multitasking, Focused Individual that can wear many Hats! Job Duties and Responsibilities This position is responsible for assisting the Quality Assurance Director in the execution of Quality Assurance (QA) initiatives across the company. Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Execute existing QA procedures for new and existing clients. Conduct QA Calls with new clients. Assist in implementing new and developing QA initiatives and ensuring compliance as the company grows. Research issues, summarize findings, provide recommendations to management for training and coaching purposes. Keep statistics and report them to management for performance improvement opportunities. Handle critical workloads and/or departmental special projects as assigned. Investigate and respond to QA inquiries, problems, questions or requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure resolution. Maintain and update multiple spreadsheets. Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Assist in email and prospecting campaigns. Aid in data entry and tracking. Perform other duties as assigned by QA team. Entry level pay, to be discussed. Initial probationary period. Strong opportunities for growth, quickly, within the company. Desired Qualifications Tech Savvy. Advanced experience with both Microsoft Office and Google Drive, especially Excel and Sheets. CRM/Salesforce experience a plus. Strong Attention to Detail. Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills. Proven skills in Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking. Time Management in a Fast-Paced Environment. Ability to proofread and edit documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting. Team Oriented. Positive and have a Strong Work Ethic. Degree and/or certifications in Business Administration, Business Management, Business Communications, Marketing or similar programs, preferred. Available 9:00 AM -5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday, subject to change slightly.
