Summary: STULZ is seeking an experienced high-volume staffing professional to support the expansion of our manufacturing facilities in Denton, TX. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Post positions and review applications in SAP SuccessFactors ATS Plan and attend recruiting events both onsite and offsite Screen candidates and set up interviews using Outlook and Robin Initiate and track pre-employment screenings, including drug tests and background checks Manage onboarding paperwork process utilizing SAP SuccessFactors, including I-9 and E-Verify process Assist with New Employee Orientation Maintain applicant tracking system Produce reports related to applicant and recruiting data Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education/Experience: 3-5 years experience in high volume recruiting (20-40 positions per month), preferably in a production, assembly, warehouse, distribution center or similar environment HRIS and ATS experience Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel College degree or HR Certification preferred Bi-Lingual Spanish and/or Burmese a plus! Language Skills: Must possess excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with all levels of employees Must be dependable, creative and detail oriented Mathematical Skills: Must have strong knowledge of basic mathematics Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
