Special Education Teacher – 2026/2027 School Year

Location: Raytown, MO
Employer: Allied OneSource Education (Contract Position)

Allied OneSource is seeking Special Education Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year in Raytown, Missouri. We have multiple openings available across a variety of grade levels and special education settings, providing opportunities for educators with diverse backgrounds and experience.

As a contracted Special Education Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting students with unique learning needs, helping them achieve academic, social, and behavioral success in the school environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction in accordance with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and progress
• Adapt curriculum, teaching methods, and classroom accommodations to meet individual student needs
• Maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal special education requirements
• Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Collect and maintain accurate documentation and student progress data

Qualifications

• Valid Missouri Teaching License required
• Appropriate Missouri Special Education endorsement(s) required
• Experience working with students with diverse learning, behavioral, and developmental needs preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
