Receptionist

Priority Personnel is currently seeking a Receptionist for an automotive dealership located in San Marcos, TX. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday/10:00am -7:00pm with a 1-hour lunch and 2 Saturdays a month Pay:$16.00-18.00/hour Job Duties: Answer the busy switchboard, greet all customers in a friendly but professional manner You are the first impression that our customers get from our dealership Answering telephone calls, greeting walk-in customers, key inventory machine Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments Issue license plates to customers using the TxDMV Webdealer system when a car deal is finalized Keep records of dealer plates and mail out vehicle registrations to customer when title work has been completed Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects Valid state of residence driver's license Bilingual aplus Car dealership experience a plus Apply online at prioritypersonnel.com. #J-18808-Ljbffr
