Overview New Jersey’s academic health center, Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences (RBHS) takes an integrated approach to educating students, providing clinical care, and conducting research, all with the goal of improving human health. Responsibilities Design, perform, and analyze experiments related to cellular and molecular pain development, write manuscripts, and present results. Develop standards, methodologies, and instrumentation for molecular biological experiments. Train clinical fellows and students. Assist in the writing of grant proposals. Ensure compliance with Rutgers’ Corporate Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy. Perform related duties as assigned, including animal colony maintenance, genotyping, and weaning animals. Qualifications Minimum BS in Biology, Biochemistry, or Pharmacology. Preferred experience with animal studies. Salary & Benefits Salary range: Minimum $25,000 – Maximum $250,000, with a maximum of $42,000.00 offered based on qualifications, experience, and department or grant funding.
