Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Sterling Heights. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities in a timely and efficient manner. Duties may include plumbing, electrical work, HVAC maintenance, carpentry, and other tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilitiesTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issuesConduct preventative maintenance on HVAC systemsAssist with building renovations and construction projectsMaintain accurate records of maintenance work performedQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related fieldStrong knowledge of mechanical systems and building maintenanceAbility to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditionsExcellent communication and problem-solving skills
