Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of client mental health needs through interviews and standardized tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing techniques suited for both adult and adolescent populations.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and weekly supervision sessions to enhance your skills and stay current with industry practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care. This includes working with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health care professionals to ensure holistic treatment approaches for your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily focus on a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, to couples seeking guidance for their partnerships. Our client population encompasses both adults and children, allowing you to apply your expertise across varying age groups and presenting issues.

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are necessary for this position:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• A valid license as a Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
