Senior Data Analyst

Nawy Proptech is seeking a highly motivated and talented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst at Nawy, you will play a key role in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and improve business performance. You will be responsible for analyzing, and interpreting different datasets to provide actionable insights that inform various departments across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and address data-related challenges.

• Prioritize business requirements within and across projects based on business impact.

• Understand business needs to gather, analyze, interpret, and communicate data that informs stakeholders at all levels to make data-informed decisions.

• Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business and presenting the story of the data in an easily accessible manner.

• Providing ad-hoc analysis as required to aid management making judgements.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance metrics.

• Perform advanced data analysis to extract insights, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related technical field or equivalent work.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Advanced SQL knowledge/experience - complex queries and query optimization.
• Experienced with data visualization tools such as: Tableau, Looker or PowerBI.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts.
• Familiarity with data warehouse development and data modeling.
• Highly detailed oriented, must display passion for analytics and data visualization.
• Data manipulation skills and experience in identifying numerical trends.
• Self driven, highly motivated, fast learner, ambitious and creative.
