About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Technology Investment Banking team, which is known for its specialist vertical coverage and deep domain expertise in software and data businesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading deal processes, engaging directly with clients, and mentoring and upskilling junior team members. The role is senior and execution-focused, with a strong emphasis on driving business development and client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a background in pure-play investment banking, with a preference for those who have direct experience in technology deals, and should be capable of taking on this role without the need for extensive training in M&A process fundamentals. This is a unique opportunity to join a team that is a leading advisor in several specialist technology areas, including automotive and dealership workflow software, risk and compliance software, legal tech, insurtech, construction and field service technology, and supply chain logistics. The role offers a clear internal promotion track and is suited to a candidate who is ready to take on a senior position and is looking for a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
