Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable, quality-driven Woodworker to join our production team in Osceola, WI. In this role, you will work on woodworking projects, store fixtures, cabinetry, and specialty wood products. If you take pride in precise craftsmanship and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

Location: Osceola, WI

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Full-Time)

Position Type: Full-Time / On-site

Key Responsibilities

Fabrication & Assembly: Read blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to cut, shape, and assemble wood fixtures, cabinets, and components.
Machine & Tool Operation: Safely operate standard shop equipment and power tools (table saws, routers, sanders, drills, panel saws, etc.).
Quality & Precision: Inspect parts for precise dimensions, check wood quality, and maintain strict attention to detail throughout the production process.
Finishing & Prep: Prepare, sand, assemble, and fit hardware, trim, or fasteners on finished products.
Shop Maintenance: Keep a clean, safe, and organized workspace and follow all shop safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on woodworking, cabinet-making, or fixture assembly experience required.
Reliability: Excellent attendance, strong work ethic, and a dependable attitude are must-haves .
Skillset:
- Ability to accurately read tape measures and blueprint specs.
- Proficient and safe with common hand tools and woodworking shop machinery.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout a shift.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
