Travel Physical Therapist - $2,984 per week

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Torrance, California. Job Summary This assignment is for a physical therapist traveling to a facility in Torrance, California, starting 07/20/2026 for 13 weeks. The role requires a full 40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts, and includes direct patient care, assessment, treatment planning, and documentation under physician direction. Requirements Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE. Must have graduated from an accredited program. Minimum one year of experience as a Physical Therapist. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or be in the process of obtaining licensure. Current CPR certification. Additional requirements to be determined by the client facility. Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, including direct patient care and evaluation of medical condition and functional capacities. Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined by the patient’s capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set realistic and achievable goals, document and record patient condition, and educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop a plan of care for each patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet therapy goals.
