Paralegal

Location: Red Bank, New Jersey (Onsite) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $60,000–$75,000 per year DOE We're partnering with a well-established New Jersey law firm to find an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in Probate, Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning . What You'll Do Support the Associate Attorney and Managing Attorney with probate and estate planning matters. Assist with New Jersey probate cases from intake through completion. Prepare and organize probate filings and estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related legal documents. Communicate with clients throughout the legal process, providing exceptional customer service and gathering required documentation. Maintain organized client files and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate. Coordinate deadlines, appointments, and case-related administrative tasks. Provide general legal and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the practice. What We're Looking For 3+ years of paralegal experience handling New Jersey Probate, Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning matters . Strong understanding of New Jersey probate procedures and estate administration. Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Professional, compassionate, and client-focused communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced legal environment. A proactive team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to support the attorneys and broader team wherever needed.
