Service Advisor Assistant

What Youll Do:
- Support the Service Advisors in daily operations and customer interactions
- Greet clients, assist with vehicle check-in, and ensure a smooth intake process
- Communicate service updates to customers via phone, text, and email
- Coordinate vehicle movement between service lanes, technician bays, and the car wash
- Prepare repair orders and ensure documentation accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service reception area
- Assist with loaner vehicle coordination and key management
What Were Looking For:
- Prior automotive or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
- Familiarity with BMW vehicles or Reynolds & Reynolds software is a plus
